The Iwano Project VII – Izlozba u Puli (Istra – HR)
Poslednja iz ciklusa izložbi “The Iwano Project VII” je održana od
12 - 22. oktobra 2007. godine na poziv Istarske županije – Grada Pule
(Republika Hrvatska).
Izložbu je otvorila zamenik gradonačelnika Grada Pule, gospodin Fabrizio
Radin a izložbu i projekat je predstavio autor i direktor projekta gospodin
Aleksandar Pedović.
Izložba jei postavljena u INK – Istarskom narodnom kazalištu u Galeriji
Vincent, (iz Kastva I).
Izlažu:
21 metnik iz 10 zemalja, sa 42 umetnička rada rađena na čuvenom ručno
rađenom japanskom papiru velikog formata, donaciji g. Heizaburo Iwano-a.

Hi-Tech Possibility for Self Promotion on "WORKSHOP 06"
U sklopu godišnjeg ciklusa The Iwano Project VIII - "WORKSHOP 06", koji
će se održati po peti put od 14 - 21. avgusta 2006. godine u vili Izvršnog
veća APV u Čortanovcima, u okolini Novog Sada, učestvovaće 12 umetnica
iz jugoistočne Evrope i Japana. Osim po tome što učestvuju samo i isključivo
žene umetnice mlađe generacije, intenzivno se koriste Hi-Tech mogućnosti
pa se upućuje poziv firmama, zastupnicima poznatih svetskih brendova da
u okviru svojih marketinških promo aktivnosti iskoriste idealnu priliku
i prezentuju najnovije tehnološke opcije brendova koje zastupaju, na način
i u meri kako se dogovorimo. "WORKSHOP 06" je medijski solidno pokriven,
a PRESS konferencija je predviđena za 21. avgust u 11 časova kada će se
predstaviti učesnici u projektu, sponzori i Vaše tehnološke opcije. Na
Vaš zahtev ćemo dostaviti detaljnije informacije o projektu i ovoj akciji.
[ 11. 07. 2006. ] The next "The Iwano Project VIII - WORKSHOP 06" will be held from August 14th to 21th 2006 at the representative villa of the Provincial Government of Vojvodina in Čortanovci place near Novi Sad, overlooking the Danube. Participation is reserved to ten women artists who will be creating works of art on the exclusive Japanese hand-made paper, courtesy of Mr. Heizaburo Iwano. Interested woman artists can apply using the ENTRY FORM link at the web site www.iwano.org.rs. The applications will be evaluated by a special jury. We recommend that the applicants be suggested by former participants.
[ 18. 12. 2005. ] The Iwano Project VI (2005). Exibitions "All in Red". First exhibition: "Muzej 25. maj". The exhibition will be opened by H. E. the Ambassador of Japan Mr. Tadashi NAGAI. The opening is on December 21st 2005 at 7 PM in Muzej 25. maj, Bulevar mira 92 in Belgrade, Serbia. Second exhibition: "Muzej Vojvodine". The exhibition will be opened by H. [ 19. 11. 2004. ] OPENING OF EXHIBITION IN BELGRADE (SCG): The Iwano Project V - Exhibition will be at "Muzej 25. Maj (Museum 25th May)", Gallery in Belgrade (Serbia and Montenegro), Bulevar mira 92, na Dedinju from December 20th 2004. to January 15th 2005. In the fifth cycle of the project 29 artists from ten countries of the region will exhibit their 141 works created on the famous hand-made Japanese paper, dimensions 108 x 88 cm. The opening is December 20th at 7PM. This exhibition every year is visited by about 60.000 people from the countries of the region. The exhibition in Belgrade will be oppened by II secretary of Japanese embassy Mr. Tecuja Cubota, attaché for culture.
OPENING OF EXHIBITION IN NOVI SAD (SCG): The Iwano Project V - Exhibition will be at "Muzej Vojvodine (Museum of Vojvodina)", in Novi Sad (Serbia and Montenegro), Dunavska str. 37 from January 18 - 31st 2005. The opening is January 18th 2005. at 7 PM. In the fifth cycle of the project 29 artists from ten countries of the region will exhibit their 141 works created on the famous hand-made Japanese paper, dimensions 108 x 88 cm. The exhibition in Novi sad will be oppened by H.E. Ambassador of Slovak Republic Mr. Miroslav Laicak.
OPENING OF EXHIBITION IN SLOVENIA: Waiting for information, for opening The Iwano Project V. - Exhibition at Gallery Insula in Izola place, Slovenia in the first part of 2005.
[ 14. 07. 2004. ] From August 16 - 25. 2004, the third international art gathering of regional character called "The Iwano Project VI - WORKSHOP" will be held. This is a unique manifestation because its participants are exclusively women - artists. As before, it will be held in a beautiful villa "Stankovic" owned by the provincial government. The villa is located in Cortanovci, 20 km downstream from Novi Sad (SCG), perched on a hill overlooking the Danube.
Ten artists from the countries of the region will take part. Their accommodation is based on double rooms and the activities of the workshop will be recorded by a top-quality camera Olympus 5050, in order to send the updates with wireless conection almost imediately to the project's site using the note-book Sony Waio computer and GPRS.
The rest of the equipment includes another computer and a video projector which will be used to present the project and the works created by the partecipants during the workshop and for the press-conference which will be held on August 24 2004 at 11 AM at the villa in Cortanovci.
Those who enjoy a bit of good music will be happy to know we'll be using a high-quality sound system of 500 W in combination with Yamaha and B&W . . .
The artists will be working on a famous Japanese hand-made paper, a donation by Mr. Heizaburo Iwano, using techniques at their will, while this year's theme is: "All in RED"
Upon their return to their homes, the artists will become the selectors for the future participants in the project, as normally one third of the participants visit the workshop, while the others work at home and send their works. After this, we organize exhibitions here and in the region and print a high-quality color catalog.

Lazar Simonovic - art crtitque. This year sponsor of project is Secretariat for work and egality between gender of local government of Vojvodina, secretary - Jelica Rajacic Capakovic.
[ 20. 02. 2004. ] As you already know, this year from August 13th to 29th, the XXVIII Olympic Games will be held in Greece. Tens of thousands of participants and visitors are expected to pass by our city, Novi Sad (Belgrade, Niš...) traveling on the E-5 international highway connecting Northern and Central Europe which is an ideal opportunity to present ourselves in new - positive light. [ 01. 10. 2003. ] Postovani g. Pedoviću, bilo nam je zadovoljstvo da pomognemo jedan ovako lep projekat osmišljen i organizovan očigledno sa puno entuzijazma. Takođe, ovo je jedan od prvih primera upotrebe Mobtelove GPRS tehnologije u praksi kod nas. Drago nam je da se pokazalo uspešnim i da je dobro poslužilo vašim potrebama. [ 02. 07. 2003. ] The opening of "The Iwano Project" exhibition, first way in Japan is on July 2nd 2003. in most famous place for hand made paper making in the Imadate Town (Fukui prefecture) in Imadate Art Hall, artworks of first three ciclus of The Iwano Project with one artwork of all artists will be exhibited. [ 15. 06. 2003. ] The Iwano Project V - WORKSHOP which is regularly due in 2004, will be held earlier - from August 25th till September 2th 2003. It will be organized close to Novi Sad, at a hill overlooking the Danube in Cortanovci, at the villa of the provincial government of Vojvodina (SCG). As last year, the workshop will include the participation of 14 young women artists from Central and South-east Europe. This will be their first opportunity to present their talent by creating works of art on Iwano hand-made Japanese paper. This will also be the unique opportunity to make new friends in this regional project bringing together artists from the entire region. All activities will be documented by digital photo and placed at the web site by wireles connection daily at the Workshop - V link till 25th August 2003. Once the entire cycle has ended, a new CD presentation of The Iwano Project V 2003-2004 will be created containing the works of the authors creating at home.
